For almost 2 months now Grace has been doing pilates every Saturday with my sister-in-law Rachael. She is a pilates instructor and had asked if she could work some with Grace in the studio. I'm so glad she did!! It has been such a good thing for Grace. She works really hard and loves to do it. One of Grace's major problem areas is the weakness she has in her trunk and I truly believe that this will help her developed the strength in her core she will need to walk one day. She also loves telling people "I do pilates with Rachael".

The photos are terrible, I know. I was using a new camera, the studio was a bit dark, I was trying to not be a distraction and well, I'm just not a good photographer but hopefully you get the idea. And hopefully, I can get Rachael to train me one day. Thank you so much Rachael...we love you and your generous heart!

You know, I have never once thought about trying Pilates with Max. That is really revolutionary for me to read about. He also has weak-ish trunk control, it's been growing stronger but still...Pilates cold be a great thing! For me, too. :)
I love it. I have done Pilates for years and love what it does for my body (when I regularly workout). I will have to look around for something here. Trunk tone is pretty low for Elizabeth but it is improving with riding and Medek.
Grace looks so grown up now, it is crazy how they are getting older so fast.
Cool my mom tride Pliates but thought it was too hard for me. I think i might show her the pics of grace

I know this is last minute, and I am sure with the triplets and tax season you are super-busy, but we will be in town for our ABR satellite session this weekend (Friday-Sun) (well, staying in Flower Mound area and ABRing in Plano) and I would love to meet up if you are available so I can pick your brain about CE and Grace's new optometrist, etc.
If scheduling doesn't work out, I'd still like to give you a call about CE, if that is okay. There is none in my area, but we have family in the Dallas area and I thought I would get your opinion on attending a few camps.
